Acupressure Insights

Introducing our Insight Acupressure Blog
Insight Acupressure (formerly Soul Lightening Acupressure) was founded by Aminah Raheem, PhD as a way to address the psychology of the soul. She realized that talk therapy alone could not fully address the trauma and deep patterns trapped in the fabric of our being. Out of her insights and training, she created Process Acupressure and later expanded the training to include Clinical Acupressure and Acupressure for Anyone. This work is transformative.
This is a space for Insight Acupressure practitioners to share their insights and ideas with others who are interested in integrative health practices. Our professional observations, clinical experience, pilot studies and client testimonials provide solid evidence that Insight Acupressure is both innovative and time-tested. May you be inspired with insights as you read on!
