Our most recent development is the joyful collaboration between the Insight Acupressure Faculty Alliance, and the family of Dr. Aminah Raheem. In the spirit of helping us launch this program, they have offered a generous $2000 matching grant in 2025. This means we double your support if we have 40 new members in 2025 for this special introductory offer of $50. 

The Insight Acupressure Self-Care Library

With your membership, you will enjoy access to a GROWING library of audio and video recordings for self-care practices, including:

• Good Point Acupressure for common conditions
• Guided meditations and lectures by Dr. Aminah Raheem
• The Seva Stress Release
• Chakra Tai Chi
• Good Points Yoga
• Free access to live-stream meditations and/or guided practices
• New content will be added each quarter!

This is an excellent way to get to know the Insight Acupressure faculty before signing up for a Clinical Acupressure or Process Acupressure class. Following along with an instructional video is also helpful for a regular self-care practice.

Anyone is welcome to purchase this membership and have access to this library of resources.

We believe our new Self-Care Library is a great way to introduce new people to Insight Acupressure. This was actually part of Aminah’s vision for her original Acupressure for Anyone program, which has now evolved into the Good Points Self-Care Series.
